Induction And Training

Selected faculty have to undergo an induction programme at GTB Nagar, Delhi after joining. During / After completion of training, the candidates may be chosen to be placed in any of the categories, based on their communication, personality outlook, personaliy traits, IQ and performance in various parameters of induction. The aim of the induction is to ensure that each and every faculty member is absolutely thorough in his/her subject and proficient in all such activities which assist in imparting sound training to young aspirants preparing for various entrance examinations.
